These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. It is is an excellent complementary practice for active people looking to increasingly open their bodies  and develop inner stillness.

Prenatal yoga allows women to explore an intuitive connection to their body while also gaining the confidence essential to creating a beautiful birth experience. Through movements, breathing and specific meditations you will feel increasingly open, rejuvenated and prepared physically, mentally and spiritually for the birth of your baby and the birth of yourself as a mother.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a modern style of yoga characterized by postures that move from one to another, seamlessly, using the breath. Vinyasa classes build well-rounded fitness, including wrist strength, shoulder strength and core strength. Classes include warm-up movements, breathing and progression through both standing and seated postures.with an more emphasis on the flow of the class.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga

Our hatha yoga classes strengthen, cleanse and relax your body and mind through the use of traditional yoga poses. Classes utilise slower-paced static postures that emphasise alignment, strength and stretching to develop the body. Breathing exercises such as pranayama, meditation or chanting exercises are often included in classes for the mind's inner stillness.

Beginner’s yoga

Beginner’s yoga

Beginners yoga appeals to totally new students as well as advanced students wishing to hone their practice. Classes cover all of the basic yoga concepts and poses developing a 'confidence in practice'. Participants will be taught to move into, hold and come out of yoga postures correctly and safely.
