Yoga Ayurveda Therapies focus is on the individual.

1 hour of meditation of movement concluding with relaxation, followed by Yoga Nidra with Caz Smith.

Our focus is 40+ – (all welcome – maximum 10 people)

Join Zoe Campbell, a Yoga Ayurveda Therapist with over 2 decades of teaching and Caz Smith, a Wellbeing Coach with Reiki and Energy Healing

About Zoe Campbell
Zoe lives Yoga and Ayurveda as a Therapy and has studied these practices since 1984. Yoga combined with Ayurveda is a complete practice as traditionally taught. Yoga has helped Zoe transition through many life experiences.

Yoga is meant for everyone but sadly there are too few students from 40 years onwards in contemporary classes.“I love inclusion. I am a mother, a hi-tech yogi and business owner. I will teach you how to transition through your busy life”.

About Caz Smith
As a Wellbeing Coach and Energy Healer Caz helps people (especially women) transition through life. She is a mother and grandmother with decades of personal life experience to draw on for the benefit of her clients.

Starting with the breath, Caz will take you on a guided meditation after your yoga session. These meditations are original and may be different each week. You will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and energised.
