Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga

Our hatha yoga classes strengthen, cleanse and relax your body through the use of traditional yoga poses. Classes utilise slower-paced static postures that emphasise alignment, strength and stretching. Exercises such as pranayama breathing and chanting are included for the mind's inner stillness. Our Hatha classes are great for beginners starting with yoga, just let the teacher know.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is characterized by postures that move from one to another with an emphasis on the pace and flow of poses in the class. Vinyasa classes build well-rounded fitness including strength. Classes include initial movements, breathing and postural progressions through a dynamic sequence.
